DPD is a Florida real estate brokerage and development firm that specializes in the repositioning of undervalued assets. Buying, selling, and developing land from Palm Beach County to Jacksonville since 1990, DPD is equipped to identify unseen potential and enter markets ahead of the growth curve.
Palm Coast's Town Center, a 2,000 acre Master-Planned Development that faced stunted growth as a result of the Great Recession is currently DPD's primary brokerage focus. Since assuming Town Center's broker/developer role in 2017, DPD has closed five multi-family transactions (including The Palms and Central Landings), leased 16,000sf of office space, sold two single family tracts to Toll Brothers, and entitled and sold another single family tract to Paytas Homes. With both Jacksonville University and UNF's graduate-level nursing schools finishing their first semester, Town Center has become a true medical hub.
DPD's single-family lot development program has entitled 755 lots in 5 years, of which 430 have been sold to both local and national homebuilders including D.R. Horton and Dream Finders.
