Palm Coast's Town Center, a 2,000 acre Master-Planned Development that faced stunted growth as a result of the Great Recession is currently DPD's primary brokerage focus. Since assuming Town Center's broker/developer role in 2017, DPD has closed three multi-family transactions (including The Palms and Central Landings), leased 3,500sf of office space, engineered 184 single family lots and an Entertainment District, and worked with City of Palm Coast leadership to establish an Arts District.
DPD's single-family lot development program has entitled 755 lots in 5 years, of which 430 have been sold to both local and national homebuilders including D.R. Horton and Dream Finders.
